		<description>Nothing new in it buddy. There are lots of similar tools available for NLP(Natural Language processing) in regional languages.
It takes not more than a man month to develop such a unicode based tool.
Google has come up with its own version : http://www.google.com/transliterate/indic/Hindi.

BTW : your website gives error if we do a submit without filling in emial ids.
