		<description>The low number of IT trained people and the even lower number of &#039;employable&#039; people has only added fuel to the fire. A small business owner who cannot afford to keep a large number of people on the bench (waiting for a new project or to use them as replacement if someone leaves while still paying them a handsome salary) has a tough time when key employees decide to leave after working for 3-12 months.

The only way to tackle this dependence is to have a regular supply of talented and trained people who can be hired quickly. A few smart businesses should seize the opportunity and start training centres where they can teach practical skills to graduates and like.
