Software can help with process streamlining, automation, tracking, etc.
So if a Software company comes and says, including my company Indus Net Technologies (INT.), that they will fix all your problems with their piece of software - take it with a spoon of salt.
Actually, it is a lot on YOU and YOUR TEAM to use the software to solve the problems. And this is where culture becomes critical.
